The three most important words in mindfulness meditation. When you recognize that you have lost focus and your mind wanders, try to not get frustrated or angry or disillusioned with yourself. Pay attention to your thoughts, be compassionate with yourself, refocus your intentions, and simply begin again. Happy New Year.
